So you want to bring your dogs…
Hello, happy people and happy dogs!
Lately, I’ve gotten several requests for my clients to bring their dogs to their sessions… and to that, I say yes please!
Including your pup in your sessions is not only a way to include the entire fam, but it also allows me to capture even more natural, playful moments. However, there is a method to the madness! Here are some tips for including your canines in your session
1) Let me know! It’s important we choose a pet friendly location that is safe for us and for anyone nearby.
2) Bring a friend: I always encourage my clients to bring a friend with them to help wrangle the pup when he isn’t in front of the camera.
3) Bring treats and a favorite toy! (My good boy loves the treats from Pet Wants!)
4) Be respectful… be prepared to pick up any pet waste from our location. It’s important to leave our location the same way we found it.
5) Have fun with your dogs!
